This is an variety show that features "screening" in its guessing games. The hosts are members of "KANJANI∞", a Japanese male idol group. There are two types of screening:KANJANI screening the winner from the challengers or a member of KANJANI himself becoming a challenger to be screened.
"Karaoke-match" is the most awesome challenge, Professional singers are challenged by an amateur singer, at times a super talented child. Another game "Taiko Drum Master" is drummers' battle taking place on a drummer evaluating game machine. KANJANI's drummer Tadayoshi takes on a challenge from professional drummers that represent Japan. It is another serious match of hyper tension. Other popular guessing-games include guessing dragged-up men among beautifully dressed ladies, or mothers dressed like children among grade-school children. KANJANI members who give wrong guesses are shot with frozen shower from a bazooka. Viewers can enjoy the screening together with KANJANI.

The version in Japan includes a challenge of finding the opposing player within a time-limit via a photo clues sent to them.
