Notes on tickets

  • Children under 3 years of age are not allowed to enter. Children aged 3 years and over require a ticket.
  • Each person can purchase up to 4 tickets per day.
  • You may be asked to show identification when entering the venue.
  • If you are using a wheelchair, please purchase a wheelchair ticket. Please note that due to the structure of the venue, you will not be able to watch the event from a stand. The wheelchair ticket price is ¥16,000. The accompanying person must also purchase a wheelchair ticket. Wheelchair tickets will be available from Kyodo Tokyo (0570-550-799) from the general ticket sales date.
  • The 4-day ticket allows you to watch the event from the same seat for 4 days. The official practice sessions you can watch are April 17, 18 and 19. The official practice session times will be announced at a later date. (4-day Pass sales has ended)
  • Arena 4-day tickets will be located on the long side.
  • Only tickets purchased through TV Asahi Ticket are eligible for resale.
  • The purchase of tickets for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited.
  • We also plan to offer an official ticket resale service, so please make use of that as well.
  • If you do not have a smartphone, please choose a paper ticket when purchasing tickets from mid-January onwards. We do not plan to sell 4-day tickets from mid-January onwards.
  • Tickets sold through TV Asahi Ticket will be "smartphone electronic tickets".
  • Distribution is mandatory for electronic ticket holders. Accompanying guests will also need a smartphone.

  • If you do not have a smartphone, please choose paper ticket.
  • We also plan to offer an official ticket resale service, so please make use of that as well.
  • Only tickets purchased through TV Asahi Ticket are eligible for resale.

Kiss & Cry Experience

You can access the Kiss & Cry area during the official practice sessions on April 17, 18 and 19.
Those who purchase the "Arena 4-day Pass" or the "Stand SS 4-day Pass" will be given the right to participate in the pre-event online lottery for the Kiss & Cry experience. The pre-event online lottery will be held on TV Asahi Ticket.

The schedule for the official practice sessions on each day is as follows.

Thursday 17th: Ice Dance (Rhythm Dance) / Men's Single (Short Program) / Women's Single (Short Program)
Friday 18th: Pairs (Short Program) / Ice Dance (Free Program) / Men's Single (Free Program) / Women's Single (Free Program)
Saturday 19th: Pairs (Free Program) / Women's Single (Free Program)

  • The schedule for applications for the Kiss & Cry experience will be announced at a later date.
  • Around 10 people per competition category will enter the Kiss & Cry.
  • Each person is limited to one application. Please have a representative apply for the lottery on your behalf.
  • The number of applications will be limited to the number of tickets purchased.
  • The official practice times will be announced at a later date.

Notes on watching the event

  • Eating and drinking is only permitted in the stands. Please refrain from eating and drinking in the arena seats. Please be considerate of other spectators when eating and drinking.
  • Please watch the event from your designated seat.
  • You are not allowed to bring in any large luggage that may get in way of other spectators, such as carry-on bags, suitcases, or large items. If you have a suitcase, please be sure to leave it in a locker outside the venue (please note that there are no lockers at the venue).
  • Taking photos, videos, or audio recordings during the competition is prohibited. If you are found to be doing so, you will be asked to leave the venue after having your equipment confiscated and your data deleted.
  • Please refrain from any actions that may interfere with the competition or disturb other spectators.
  • The display of banners is limited to hand-held banners at your own seat.
  • Please be careful not to cause any trouble for the people sitting around you.
  • Hand-held banners must be of a size that does not extend beyond your own seat.
  • Banners other than those for cheering (including banners with company or product names that are deemed to be advertising by the organizers) are prohibited.
  • If you display a banner on the venue wall or handrail, etc., we will remove it.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any problems between spectators.
  • Only those with Arena tickets can throw bouquets and stuffed animals into the arena (Stand ticket holders cannot move into the Arena to throw them in). For more details, please refer to the separate section below.

About throwing in bouquets and stuffed toys

  • When throwing in bouquets, please make sure that the "petals" and "oasis" do not fall out of the bouquet.
  • If you are bringing a bouquet, please have it checked and make sure that the bouquet is wrapped properly at the flower shop in the venue.
    ※There may be a charge for this service.
  • Please remove any decorations or accessories from stuffed toys that may fly off.
  • Throwing in presents anything other than bouquets and stuffed toys, breakable items, dangerous items, food and drink containing raw ingredients, and presents that are too large, is prohibited.
  • Throwing in presents by moving to the aisle in front is prohibited. Please throw in presents from your seat.
  • When throwing in presents, please be considerate of the people around you. We will not be responsible for any problems between spectators.
  • Throwing items that may interfere with the progress of the competition or the safe enjoyment of the event by spectators is prohibited. In the event of any violations or dangerous behavior, we may prohibit the throwing of bouquets or stuffed animals.

Gifts for athletes

We will accept gifts at the gift deposit table in the venue.

Notes

  • Please be sure to clearly write the name of the athlete on the present.
  • Presents are limited to those for athletes participating in the event.
  • Please note that the following items cannot be accepted.
    Food and drink, animals, valuables ( jewelry, etc.), gift certificates, gift vouchers, flowers, etc.
  • Please do not send presents to the venue by courier services, etc.
