“Noisy Neighbors” has been aired as a strand of TV Asahi’s popular primetime show“Cream Nantoka” (2004 to 2008), and the format has been recently licensed by Vietnam’s terrestrial channel HTV.
“Noisy Neighbors” (Vietnamese Title: HÀNG XÓM LẮM CHIÊU) started on July 7th on Ho Chi Minh Television (HTV) and will be aired as a 30 minute weekly show, every Tuesday from 19pm. The first series will include 26 episodes.
“Noisy Neighbors” is a studio based entertainment show where two families live next to each other separated by a wall. Each family takes turns by giving off a sound while the other family eavesdrops and tries to reproduce the sound. While the family members guess the sounds in the studio, viewers are invited to guess as well, which makes the show fun to
watch for all ages.
TV Asahi has been selling its big titles to Vietnam, such as the popular animation series“Doraemon”, drama series “AIBOU: Tokyo Detective Duo” and “Doctor-X”. And now, time has come for formats, “Noisy Neighbors” being the first studio based show to travel to the region.
