『Ossan’s Love Thailand FAN MEETING supported by tv asahi』 昼公演レポート
6月21日(土）に東京・多摩市のパルテノン多摩 大ホールにて開催された待望の “ドラマ作品のファンミーティング“
日本でドラマ「おっさんずラブ」が最初に放送されたのは、2016年12月30日（深夜）。単発ドラマとして放送した本作がシリーズ化され、香港とタイでのリメイクへとつながった。それぞれの国で日本へのリスペクトが感じられる作品として話題に。タイ版の主役であるEarthとMixは、日本版「おっさんずラブ リターンズ」への出演などを経て待望の来日となった。
日本でドラマ「おっさんずラブ」が最初に放送されたのは、2016年12月30日（深夜）。単発ドラマとして放送した本作がシリーズ化され、香港とタイでのリメイクへとつながった。それぞれの国で日本へのリスペクトが感じられる作品として話題に。タイ版の主役であるEarthとMixは、日本版「おっさんずラブ リターンズ」への出演などを経て待望の来日となった。
「Stuckling」から始まり、大きな歓声と共に迎えられた２人。トークパートでは、最近彼らのSNSに出てきた犬についての話題に。実は２人の飼い犬ではなく、Mixの両親が育てる前提の犬だという。Mixの両親が来年定年退職をするにあたり、家でゆっくりしてもらうために動物を飼うのはどうかと考え、しつけを目的に預かっているという。100匹ほどいた候補の中で、唯一Mix の顔を見て笑ってくれた子を選んだと語った。 一方、Earthの猫は現在６匹まで増えたという。
聖地巡礼にオススメ！ランパーン！
ドラマの裏側の話をもう少し聞こうと、「聖地巡礼にオススメ！ランパーン！」というコーナーも。第９話のMix演じるモーの故郷としてタイ北部のランパーンを紹介。チェンマイから車で１時間半ほどの距離にある様々な文化の影響が色濃く残るのどかな街は、Mix本人の故郷でもある。
見ごたえのある建築様式が特徴の「ナコーン・ランパーン駅」や、アーチ型の入口が有名な寺院「ワット・プラタート・ランパーン・ルアン」などざまざまな観光地がある中で、どこが一番印象的だったかと聞かれ、「橋のシーン（ラサダーピセーク橋）」と「（チェーソン国立公園の）チェーソーン温泉に浸かったシーン」と語る2人。物語の中盤で感動的なシーンだった橋のシーンと、タイでは珍しい温泉地での撮影が記憶に残っていると笑顔で話をしていた。 その間も二人は膝を付き合わせたり、見つめあったりするなど仲の良さがにじみ出ていた。

タイ国政府観光庁 東京事務所からのサプライズプレゼント!
更にこの日はじゃんけん大会も開催。優勝者には、タイ国政府観光庁 東京事務所よりバンコクへの往復航空券のプレゼントというサプライズが発表されると会場からは大きな歓声が。聖地巡礼も兼ねてタイへの旅行者が増えていることを受け企画された。
なんでもOK！リクエストタイム！
「Lucky Fan」と「False Awakening」を挟み、「なんでもOK！リクエストタイム！」と題したコーナーに。事前にＸで募集した二人への質問を答えてもらうコーナー。
Q：“Ossan's Love Thailand”には本編に加え、サイドストーリーが３話分あり、嬉しかったです。サイドストーリーの中でアドリブシーンはありますか？
質問したファンへ笑顔を送りつつ、回答。MixがEarthの背中を手でたたくシーンで、実はMixは手ではなく本で叩いていたという話を披露。Mixが本を持っていることを知らなかったEarthはびっくりしたという。さらに、プールに飛び込むシーンは、自分たちで元気な飛び込み方を考えたとも話した。 また、MixはEarth扮するヘンが日本からこっそりタイに帰ってきたシーンが印象的だったと語った。
Ｑ：“Ossan's Love Thailand”には色々なサプライズがありましたが、二人がこれまでにお互いにされた感動的なサプライズはありますか？
Earthは仕事をしながら勉強をしていたMixに、こっそりコーヒーを差し入れたという話を自ら披露。Mixに聞かれても、とぼけていたという。Mixはつい最近までその事実を知らなかったと語った。Earthは「きっと（Mixが）感動したであろう」と考え、この話を披露したという。さらに、Mixの誕生日の日にEarthがケーキをプレゼントした話も。こちらもサプライズされたMixよりも、サプライズをしたEarthが感動していた。
一方Mixは「サプライズをするとEarthがびっくりしてショック死してしまうかもしれないからやってない」と話し、会場からは笑い声が。

終盤では、ファンからのサプライズとして映像が流れると、会場からの「大好き」の声が。すぐさま日本語で「大好きー」と返す2人。泣きそうになるEarthを支えるMixの姿を間近で見ることができる貴重な機会となった。
昼公演では「Someone Like Me」に加え、「You Are My Best」を日本語を交えてファンに届け、終演となった。このファンミーティングのために用意したEarthMixからファンへのサプライズに、会場からは大きな拍手が送られた。
特典会では、浴衣姿を披露。事前に試着をしていたのになぜか丈が足りないなどハプニングがあったが、扇子などの小物を選びながら笑顔で写真を撮っていたEarthとMix。

The long-awaited “Drama Fan Meeting” was held on Saturday, June 21, at the Parthenon Tama Grand Hall in Tama City, Tokyo. The drama “Ossan's Love” was first broadcast in Japan on December 31, 2016. This single-episode drama was eventually turned into a series, leading to a movie adaptation and remakes in Hong Kong and Thailand. Both the Hong Kong and Thai versions were praised as works that reflected mutual respect between the countries, highlighting the best aspects of each. Earth and Mix, the leads of the Thai version, also appeared in the Japanese version “Ossan's Love Returns,” and after various collaborations, they finally made their long-awaited visit to Japan.
Starting with “Stuckling,” the two were greeted with loud cheers. During the talk segment, the topic of the dog that recently appeared on Earth and Mix's social media was brought up. It turns out that the dog is not their pet, but rather a dog that Mix's parents are raising. As Mix's parents are set to retire next year, they considered getting a pet to keep them company at home and are currently taking care of the dog for training purposes. Out of about 100 candidates, they chose the one that smiled at Mix's face. Additionally, Earth currently has six cats.

It turns out that the dog is not their pet, but rather a dog that Mix's parents are raising. As Mix's parents are set to retire next year, they considered getting a pet to keep them company at home and are currently taking care of the dog for training purposes. Out of about 100 candidates, they chose the one that smiled at Mix's face. Additionally, Earth currently has six cats.

In Episode 9, Mo's hometown is introduced as Lampang in northern Thailand. This peaceful town, located about an hour and a half by car from Chiang Mai, is rich in various cultural influences and is also Mix's hometown.
Among the various tourist spots, such as the “Nakhon Lampang Railway Station” with its distinctive architectural style and the “Wat Phrathat Lampang Luang” temple famous for its arched entrance, when asked which was the most memorable, the two mentioned the “bridge scene (Ratsada phisek Bridge)” and the “scene where they soaked in the hot springs at Chae Son National Park.” They mentioned that the bridge scene, which was an emotional moment in the middle of the story, and the filming at the hot spring, which is rare in Thailand, were particularly memorable.
Even as they spoke, the two leaned in close to each other and exchanged glances, clearly showing their close bond.

On this day, a rock-paper-scissors tournament was also held. The winner was surprised with a round-trip ticket to Bangkok from the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Tokyo Office which was met with loud cheers from the audience. The event was planned in response to the increase in travelers to Thailand for pilgrimages to sacred sites.

“Request time!”
Between “Lucky Fan” and “False Awakening,” there was a segment titled “Anything goes! Request time!” where the two answered questions that had been collected in advance on X.
Q: “In addition to the main story, ‘Ossan's Love Thailand’ has three side stories, which was delightful. Were there any ad-lib scenes in the side stories?”
While smiling at the fan who asked the question, Mix and Earth revealed that in the scene where Mix taps Earth on the back with Mix's hand, Mix actually used a book instead of his hand. Earth was surprised because he didn't know Mix was holding a book. Additionally, they mentioned that they came up with the energetic way of jumping into the pool on thier own.
Mix also mentioned that the scene where Earth's character, Heng, secretly returned to Thailand from Japan was particularly memorable.
Q: “Ossan's Love Thailand” had various surprises, but have the two of you ever done anything surprising for each other that was particularly touching?
Earth revealed that he had secretly brought coffee to Mix while he was working and studying. Even when asked by Mix, he pretended not to know. Mix said he didn't know about it until recently. Earth said he shared the story because he thought Mix would be moved by it.
There was also a story about Earth giving Mix a cake on his birthday. In this case, Earth was more moved than Mix, who was surprised.
On the other hand, Mix said, “I haven't done any surprises because Earth might be so shocked that he dies,” which made the audience laugh.
