A brief live report （English＆日本語）of Gulf 1st Fan Meeting in Japan -THE BEGINNING- on September 2nd 2022.
タイドラマブームの中心人物として、アジア全域、さらに世界も席巻しているスター俳優・Gulf（ガルフ）の日本初の来日ファンミーティング開催。
9月2日にTOKYO DOME CITY HALLで開催されたこのファンミーティングに、ガルフの来日を待ち続けた日本中のファンが終結。
会場の照明が落とされ、オープニング動画のあと、ドラマ「TharnType」の楽曲を歌いながら姿を見せたガルフの姿に客席が笑顔であふれる。イントロだけでドラマの情景が蘇る印象的な楽曲に、涙を浮かべながらガルフを見つめるファンの姿も…
MCからファンへの挨拶と自己紹介を求められたガルフは、日本についての話を交えながら笑顔で挨拶。手を振りながら会場を見渡すと少し照れたように笑い、早くもファンを魅了。
事前にファンから募集した質問コーナーを経て、今までの出演作の紹介・当時の思い出話、そして今後の出演作「You Are My Make Up Artist」などについても語る。終始穏やかな表情を見せるガルフからは緊張は感じられず、リラックスしながらコーナーが進んでいく。
衣裳替えを挟み、F.HEROとのコラボ曲を歌唱。ワイルドな黒の衣裳で登場し、１曲目とは異なるシリアスな顔を見せるガルフ。F.HEROの映像と共にラップを披露。

彼のモチーフである「ひまわり」がタイトルに入った穏やかな曲。日本ではドラえもん（映画）の主題歌だったこともあり、ドラえもんが好きなガルフにぴったりの楽曲となった。難しい日本語をファンのために何度も練習し、この日に望んだガルフ。心からのサプライズは暖かい拍手に包まれた。
会場をバックにファンと一緒に記念撮影をしたあと、１階席のみならず2階席のファンの顔まで目に焼き付けるように見つめるガルフ。そんな彼からの提案で、「フォトタイム」も作られた。ステージ上でファンに向けて色々なポーズをしてくれるガルフを撮り逃さないよう、彼の姿を写真と心にしっかりと焼き付ける。
最後にファンにとっても大事な曲・「Home」を歌唱。目を閉じながら大切そうに丁寧に歌うガルフ。

Gulf, a globally popular actor at the center of the Thai drama boom, held his first fan meeting in Japan.
The fan meeting was held at TOKYO DOME CITY HALL on September 2, and fans from all over Japan gathered to watch the event. After the opening movie, Gulf appeared singing a song from the drama "TharnType," and the audience was already at its peak.
When asked by the MC to greet the fans and introduce himself, Gulf greeted them with a smile and a story about Japan. Waving his hands and looking around the venue, he smiled a little shyly, and the fans were already fascinated.
After answering questions from fans in advance, he introduced his previous works, reminisced about those days, and talked about his future works.
After a costume change, he performed a collaboration song with F.HERO, which showed a different serious face from the first song, and the fans were riveted.
After the presentation of the wonderful song, the audience was treated to a game famous in Japan and Thailand, "What's in the Box? game. Gulf answered the questions one after another, which of course were kept secret from the audience. Each time he answered a question, he raised his eyebrows, made his eyes dart around, and showed a variety of expressions.
The corner continued with "Gulf's Drawing Quiz.”
Gulf draws a picture of a theme that only Gulf was informed of, with no hints given. The audience guesses the answer. The MC was broadcasting the live commentary as the show progressed, and what started out as an unstable drawing eventually turned out to be a very unique and cute picture. Gulf was smiling from start to finish as he communicated with the fans. Furthermore, those who successfully guessed the theme were presented with these wonderful and cute drawings with Gulf's signature on them. The corner ended with smiles on the faces of the fans who had gained a treasure for a lifetime.
Gulf's sincerely happy face captivated all of us.
As the event was drawing to a close, Gulf presented a song.
Sung in Japanese, "HIMAWAWRI-no-YAKOKU
(Promise of sunflower)" is a peaceful song with his motif of sunflowers in the title.
The song was the theme song of Doraemon (movie) in Japan, which made it a perfect song for Gulf who loves Doraemon. Gulf had carefully practiced his difficult Japanese for the fans and his surprise for the fans was met with warm applause.
After taking photos with fans, Gulf looked at the faces of many fans, and suggested a photo time. Gulf posed in various ways for the fans, and fans made sure to capture his image in photos and in hearts.
The first concert in Japan was wrapped up with the warm feelings of the long-awaited fans and Gulf's kind and bright smile as he looked at them lovingly. Everyone was intoxicated in a space where there was nothing but happiness.
